This notice explains how NSA CARS LLC collects, uses, discloses, protects, and retains personal information submitted through this website, including information provided in a vehicle credit application.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• Identifiers and contact information, including name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, driver's license information, and Social Security number.
• Financial and employment information, including income, employer, housing, requested down payment, trade-in information, and other information needed to evaluate financing.
• Co-applicant information when a co-applicant has authorized its submission.
• Vehicle preferences and transaction-related information.
• Consent records, electronic signature, submission time, IP-derived security record, browser or device information, and website security logs.

How we use information

• To review and process a request for vehicle financing.
• To verify identity, communicate about the application, and prevent fraud.
• To submit the application to DealerCenter and potential financing sources.
• To obtain and use consumer credit reports when authorized.
• To complete a vehicle transaction and satisfy legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, security, and audit obligations.

Who may receive information

We disclose application information only as reasonably necessary to:

• DealerCenter and prospective banks, lenders, or other financing sources involved in evaluating or arranging financing.
• Consumer reporting agencies and identity, fraud-prevention, or verification providers when authorized or permitted by law.
• Service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support systems necessary to process the application, subject to appropriate use restrictions.
• Government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law.

NSA CARS LLC does not sell credit-application information and does not disclose it to unrelated third parties for their independent advertising or marketing.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect submitted information. The website uses HTTPS during transmission, encrypted application fields in storage, restricted administrative access, multi-factor authentication, access logging, and automatic session protections.

Credit applications, consent records, electronic signatures, SMS-verification evidence, and related audit records are retained in encrypted form for the period reasonably necessary to process financing, submit an application to one or more prospective financing sources, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations. Consumer credit application records may be retained for at least 25 months after action is taken on an application, or longer when required by law, investigation, litigation, or a legitimate compliance need.

DealerCenter, prospective financing sources, consumer reporting agencies, verification providers, and other authorized recipients may retain information under their own policies and applicable legal requirements. NSA CARS LLC securely disposes of information when it is no longer required for a legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purpose.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit an application using a public or shared device or an untrusted network.

Cookies, browser signals, and third-party tracking

The application may use essential cookies required for session security, fraud prevention, and form processing. We do not use the credit application to permit unrelated third parties to collect personal information over time for behavioral advertising. Because we do not use the application for cross-site behavioral advertising, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change its operation.

Access, correction, and questions

You may contact us to ask about personal information submitted directly to NSA CARS LLC or to request correction of inaccurate application information. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Information already transferred to a lender, DealerCenter, or consumer reporting agency may also need to be corrected directly with that recipient.

Financial privacy notices

Additional notices may apply under federal or state financial privacy laws when a financing or customer relationship is established. This online notice does not replace any separate financial privacy notice provided in connection with a retail installment contract or other financing transaction.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
