Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the NSA CARS LLC website. By using the website, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the applicable Privacy Policy. Additional written agreements and disclosures apply to any vehicle purchase, financing, warranty, or other transaction.

Inventory and vehicle information

Vehicle availability, mileage, features, condition, photographs, history information, and pricing may change and should be independently verified before purchase. Website information is not a binding offer or purchase contract. A vehicle remains subject to prior sale.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, displayed prices do not include applicable sales tax, registration, title, government fees, optional products, financing charges, or other amounts disclosed before completion of a transaction.

Financing information

Payment examples and financing information are estimates only. Submitting a credit application does not guarantee approval, a particular interest rate, payment, down payment, lender, or financing term. Final terms depend on the applicant, vehicle, financing source, required documentation, and applicable underwriting requirements.

Credit applications

A credit application may be submitted to DealerCenter and one or more prospective financing sources for evaluation. Credit reports and application information will be obtained, used, and disclosed only as authorized by the applicant or otherwise permitted by law. The authorizations displayed with the application are incorporated into the submitted electronic record.

Applicants must provide accurate, complete information and must not submit another person's sensitive information without permission. A co-applicant may be required to provide a separate authorization directly to a financing source.

Electronic signatures

When a person intentionally types a name as an electronic signature and accepts the accompanying authorization, that signature is associated with the submitted electronic record. Electronic submission does not replace any additional signatures or disclosures required by a financing source or applicable law.

SMS verification and communications

When requesting phone verification, the applicant consents to receive one or more automated, non-marketing text messages containing verification codes. Message and data rates may apply. These verification messages are used only to authenticate the application and do not constitute consent to marketing.

Marketing text messages will be sent only when the recipient has separately provided any consent required by law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle or obtaining financing. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out of applicable recurring messages and HELP for assistance. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, submit false or fraudulent information, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, or use another person's identity or sensitive information without authorization.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or interact with third-party services, including vehicle-history providers, mapping services, DealerCenter, financing sources, and communication providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Website availability and limitation

NSA CARS LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. To the extent permitted by law, NSA CARS LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website interruption or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated when website practices or legal requirements change. California law governs these terms to the extent applicable, without limiting consumer rights provided by applicable law.
